Hello. Thank you very much for picking up my humble work, ‘My wife from the neighboring country is so cute, I don’t know what to do! ~I, Called the Winter Bear, My Wife Is Being Targeted Too Much!?~’. I’m Sakura Seiran.

This is Volume 3 — the first time I’ve ever reached this many volumes.

During the revisions, I found myself thinking, “Here, Saryu would yell even more. Let’s add more exclamation marks!” So I ended up smashing ‘!’ all over without really thinking about it… And this is Volume 3, after all.

All of this is thanks to the wonderful and beautiful illustrations drawn every time by Kuwajima Reine-sensei, to the editor who runs alongside me while always providing the perfect water breaks, and above all, to the readers who eagerly await each new release! Thank you, thank you so much!

‘Wife from the Neighboring Country’ has also started its comic adaptation, with Azarashi-ken-sensei in charge, and the first volume went to an immediate reprint — what an amazing start!

The illustrated characters were understandably limited, but the comic features all the characters. Not just Saryu and Shitoen, but the others too are vivid and lively, especially Saryu Papa’s imposing presence!! And of course, the super-strong queen is full of charm as well! (If you haven’t seen it yet, it’s a must-check!)

Now, in this volume, the secret of the dragon crest is revealed, and the reason why there is a mastermind who wants Shitoen becomes clear. With the appearance of the new character “Boss,” I think Saryu will face another formidable opponent different from the Chancellor.
